Trainer #MelodyDavi created this low impact cardio workout that you can do at home with just your bodyweight. It's also great for those who are postpartum or recovering from injury. #WorkoutWednesday TIME: 10 minutes
EQUIPMENT: Mat, resistance band (optional)
GOOD FOR: Full body
INSTRUCTIONS: For each move, perform as many reps as possible in 30 seconds, then continue to the next move. After you've completed all eight moves, rest for one minute, then repeat the circuit. Complete two rounds total. MOVES:
Plank with shoulder tap
Power knee drive
Hook to duck under
Speed jab cross
Side step
Tap back
